 Soccer Scores is a new sports-related Joomla addon from Recly Interactive team. Soccer Scores addon displays online soccer results and standings for the most popular European national championships using xml-rpc feed provided by beybegi.ru - livescore feed provider. It has a free demo and a premium version which includes license for the whole 2008-2009 season.

Soccer Scores frontend module is a widget of high level of usability, allowing your site visitors see livescores and standings tables of football (soccer) leagues. Users can move from current date to the next or previous dates to see details of past matches or shedules for the future ones.

Inside a module it is possible to display livescores and standings tables only for one league. User can easily switch from standings to nearest matches list and vice versa. If admin chooses a particular team to be highlighted in some module, all matches with that team will be outlined. Besides that, module will automatically scroll this team to the top, if it placed on non-visible position. Soccer Scores uses special algorithm, which tries to select most importamt matches for a given date. This algorithm applied when a page have just been loaded and a user moves forward or backward using date picker on the top of a module. User can see details of each match clicking on certain item in the list of matches. Match details includes the following data: teams names, match score, minute of match and the list of goals scored in certain match with minutes and scorers names. Soccer Scores package also includes one component and a system plugin. Plugin just links necessary stylesheets and javascripts to a page. Component handles all interaction between beybegi.ru livescore provider and modules. Soccer Scores uses Ajax technique to pass data between widgets and the component. System Requirements

Soccer Scores modules administration  One copy of Soccer Scores module outputs only one league. If you want to track several leagues, you just need to duplicate Soccer Scores module in the backend using "Copy" command and then customize leagues and other settings for the newely created module. Let's take a closer look on how to tune Soccer Scores behavior and looks using module's settings. Open module manager in the backend of your Joomla website, find Recly! Soccer Scores module, open it for edit. There you'll see the following options: contest, conent language, highlight team, what to display first and module class suffix. Contest - is a championship which will be displayed in this module Content Language - language of content received from provider (teams and players names) Highlight Team - admin can choose one team to be outlined from others What to display first - admin can choose what content will be displayed when a module is loaded for the first time: standings table or list of upcoming matches Module Class Suffix - create your own stylesheets to modify looks & feel of the modules  Important note: It's better to put Soccer Scores Module in wide module positions. If you do not have much space for these wide module positions in your layout, then you should change looks&feel using css stylesheets. In Module Class Suffix field you can type prefix which will be the name for your own css classes. Try our predefined class for small modules. Its name is _bbg_small. Specify suffix _bbg_small in Module Class Suffix and check how Soccer Scores module looks after it. CSS files located in components/com_resosco/assets/css/ folder. You can edit them or create your own stylesheets using our shtylesheets as examples.
